Planned System Upgrade Feb 23, 2026 17:00-19:00 PST

In an effort to continue providing our customers with the most reliable service, Branch will have a planned upgrade on Monday, Feb 23rd, 2026 from 5:00-7:00 PM PST. During this time Customers will not be able to access the Dashboard, create new apps or export reports via the public API. All other services, and links will continue to work as expected for end users.

Service Performance Issue
Resolved - Between 3:00 PM and 3:25 PM PST, we experienced a period of service instability that affected Deeplinking and App opens. During this window users may have encountered errors or slower response times. Our team identified this was the result of configuration error during a routine system update. We immediately reverted the change and all services returned to normal operation by 3:25 PM PST. We are currently monitoring our systems and verifying that all delayed data has been processed correctly.
