Starting at [06/30 8:30AM PST until 07/01 5:30PM], our webhook pipeline struggled to process events due to infrastructure instability. 40% of webhooks were dropped, while the remainder fired with up to 17h of lag. Dropped webhooks cannot be refired. We apologize sincerely for this issue.
