In an effort to continue providing our customers with the most reliable service, Branch will have a scheduled upgrade to our deep linking services with minimal impact to your end-users.

The data system upgrade is scheduled for Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at 09:00 PM UTC and will take roughly 30 minutes.

Impacted Services: Deep linking services.

While you can create deeplinks, some users might be redirected to your default desktop URL during the data system upgrade.

Non-Impacted Services

There is no impact to the creation and editing of deep links. The dashboard, database or attribution will also be unaffected during this time frame.
