In an effort to continue providing our customers with the most reliable service, Branch will have a planned upgrade and require up to 2 hours of downtime with no impact to your end-users, nor data loss. Data will be available again after the maintenance is complete.
The data system upgrade is scheduled for September 16, 2023 from 18:00-20:00 UTC.
Impacted Services:
Branch Dashboard Analytics APIs
During this time period, requests made to all Analytic APIs will return an HTTP error code 500 with the message, "Our platform is currently under scheduled maintenance. The maintenance will be finished by 1:00 PM PST 09/16/2023. We apologize for the inconvenience."
Customers requesting data from these impacted APIs during the maintenance window might need to rerun these jobs after the maintenance window is over, depending on the cadence of their current API calls.
The Branch Dashboard will also not be available during this time.
