Errors/Latency on API Gateway

At approximately 1:50 PM PT, we began to face high error rates and latency on our main API gateway, which caused high error rates across all API endpoints connected to api2.branch.io. This affected ALL event metrics, SDK APIs, and Journeys rendering. Link redirection is unaffected, but deep link resolution inside the app failed during the period.
As of 2:20 PM PT, all endpoints have recovered. We will continue to actively monitor.
