In an effort to continue providing our customers the most reliable service, Branch will have a planned upgrade to some of our databases. The upgrade is scheduled for Dec 13 at 2pm PT requiring roughly 15 minutes and again on Dec 15 at 2:30 pm requiring roughly 5 minutes. This will have limited impact on our services. Specifically, this upgrade will not impact end-users of Branch links, your link creation, event tracking or SDKs. However, it will impact the following service: Creating “Quick Links” Quick links are those generated in the Quick Links Manager section of the dashboard. The existing Quick Links will function normally, however, new Quick Link creation will be unavailable for the scheduled downtimes.
