Between 8:40am PT and 9:45am PT, we experience an increased rate of errors impacting our SMS products. During this time, many SMS links failed to send, and WebSDK clients would have observed an increase in HTTP 429s. Our engineering team investigated the issue and corrected a failing internal rate limiting component which was incorrectly blocking some requests. Regular SMS service was restored by 9:45am PT.
