In an effort to continue providing our customers the most reliable service, Branch will have a planned upgrade to our core database which will put the creation of Quick Links on hold for one hour. The upgrade is scheduled for February 8, 2022 at 2:00 pm PST, and will require roughly 60 minutes of downtime with limited impact to our services and no impact to your end-users. Specifically, this upgrade will not impact end-users of Branch links, your link creation, event tracking or SDKs. However, it will impact the following service: Creating “Quick Links” Quick links are those generated in the Quick Links Manager section of the dashboard. The existing Quick Links will function normally, however, new Quick Link creation will be unavailable for the scheduled downtimes.
