In an effort to continue providing our customers with the most reliable service, Branch will have a planned upgrade to our Data Exports services and will require roughly 15 minutes of downtime with no impact to your end-users.
The data system upgrade is scheduled for February 22, 2022 at 1 PM PST.
Impacted Services:
Daily Exports API and Exports via the Dashboard Custom Exports API and Exports via the Dashboard Cohort API
Requests made to the services listed above during the downtime will return an Internal Server Error (HTTP:500).
