In an effort to continue providing our customers the most reliable service, Branch will have a planned upgrade to our Core database. The upgrade is scheduled for Jan 5, 2022 at 11am PST, and will require roughly 20 minutes with limited impact to our services and no impact to your end-users. Specifically, this upgrade will not impact end-users of Branch links, your link creation, event tracking or SDKs. However, it will impact the following services: Saving/modifying account settings including creating new app accounts or user accounts Creating/editing journeys campaigns Creating/editing webhooks/DIs, products/permissions, ad networks API endpoints for: v1/app, v1/credits and v1/referrals Custom domain creation and cert renewal
Non-impacted services: Viewing settings, analytics and data exports SDKs Link creation Link routing Event tracking Deep linking Attribution Webhooks GDPR APIs Security and privacy
