In an effort to continue providing our customers with the most reliable service, Branch will have a planned upgrade to our Engagement Builder service and will require roughly 5 minutes of downtime with no impact to your end-users.

The data system upgrade is scheduled for March 15, 2022 at 2pm PST.

We recommend you do not use Audiences during this time. Audience builds cannot be saved and you will not be able to download Audience files.
